This exercise helps you identify your strategic leadership style. You can also use the scale to rate your organizational leaders. For each of the items listed, please rate yourself using the following scale.
0 = Never
1 = Sometimes

Where do your two scores intersect? For example, if you have a score of 5 on control and 10 on challenge seeking, your scores indicate that you are a participative innovator.
